In the 4-week course you will: • Tune into your body’s subtle cues, like hunger, thirst, and tension, to bring more ease and comfort to your life. • Use somatic body scans and breathwork to identify areas of tension and holding, helping you move through discomfort with greater clarity. • Develop the skills to self-regulate and respond to your body’s needs, rather than react from a place of stress or overwhelm. • Through a combination of WEEKLY LIVE sessions with Emily, pre-recorded weekly modules and somatic practices, guided breathwork, somatic yoga, a private community of like minded individuals AND MORE. You’ll reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and gain tools for lifelong self-healing. I am so honoured to walk this path with you. Since my time in this work, I have recognized a great need within somatics and nervous system regulation. I deeply value healing and self-discovery, as I've been on my own nervous system regulation journey over the past several years.
