Hello, I'm Emily

I am so honoured to walk this path with you. Since my time in this work, I have recognized a great need within somatics and nervous system regulation. I deeply value healing and self-discovery, as I've been on my own nervous system regulation journey over the past several years. Join me in exploring the power of gentle breath and awareness, bringing our attention inward and using somatics to release tension from the body.
