It’s perfect for those on a self-healing journey, as well as practitioners who desire some time to unwind and connect more deeply with themselves.

What if I can't attend a live session?
No worries! All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the platform, so you can practice at your own pace.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime in your account settings or by reaching out to [email protected]. Your access will cancel and be taken the way the day yo cancel. If you want to take advantage of the full billing period, cancel before you're charged.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Due to the digital nature of the membership, refunds are not offered. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Nope! This membership is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. Modifications and guidance will be provided to support all levels.

A yoga mat, a quiet space, and comfortable clothing are recommended. Some sessions may suggest props like a pillow, blanket, or myofascial release balls (or alternatives like tennis balls).
